What is an Internal Assessment?

The International Baccalaureate (IB) evaluates student work as direct evidence of achievement compared to the stated objectives of the Diploma Program (DP) courses. PD assessment procedures include the extent to which students have mastered advanced academic skills to meet these objectives, for example: analyzing and presenting information by evaluating and constructing arguments by solving problems creatively.

Why is it so important?

The internal assessment helps to give credit in the final assessment. Also, it reduces the burden and tension related to the final examination. In addition, it acts as a link which provides data related to student’s performance. This gives teachers an opportunity to evaluate the students. Moreover, it helps students in continuous learning.

We give to our students the chance to improve their external assessment grade by seeing internal assessment results. So, that student can improve their learning.

Our tutors will apply IB standards and help our students successfully complete their Internal Assessment.
